At FantasMall, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your FantasMall account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble furniture if necessary and place all items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, making sure to cover any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
